This could cause two negative consequences for companies.One negative effect is that it’s very challenging for companies to look for new employees who can do the same job. As a result, it’ll cost companies a lot of money.Another negative effect is that most of the time the companies function based on working groups. When employees decide to leave or switch to other jobs, it means the companies would lose innovative workers and tons of creative thoughts, which could lead to the decrease of working efficiency.
