　　The professor talks about two types of interview for collecting public opinions, structured interview and unstructured interview. The unstructured interview asks open questions and gets very general information. In the example, the city government wants to improve the city. In the unstructured interview, the citizens can say anything about how they want the city to be improved and the answers can be diverse. Whereas in a stuctured interview, the questions will be specific and with more details. For example, interviewees will be given three choices as to what to build in the city: a tennis court, a pavement, or a park.
