　　考题回忆：是否同意以下观点： When selecting a leader for a school organization or club, a person’s honesty is the most important thing to decide whom to vote for.

　　1. 组织能力很重要，学校组织和学生会肯定会有大大小小的活动，而 leader 是所有活动的组织者;

　　2. 沟通能力很重要，在各种活动和日常 members 之间会出现大大小小的问题和分歧，需要有一个有效的协调者;

　　3. 诚实在大部分人来看都是一个非常重要的品质，但其实在有些情况下，尤其作为领导，想保证百分之百诚实也很难。

　　参考范文：Many factors will be taken into account when people choose a leader for a school organization or student club. It is difficult to judge who is the best candidate since it all depends on which quality is valued most. Some people argue that honesty is definitely the most important characteristic for a leader. However, if you examine this issue with more scrutiny, there are some other qualities that are of more relevance.

　　Organization ability is certainly one of the indispensable abilities. Students will have various school events or social projects that are mainly organized and hosted by student organizations and clubs. And who will be the supervisor? Probably the leaders. They have to take up the responsibility and assign tasks to group members.

　　Besides organization ability, a leader also should an outstanding communicator. During the process of preparing different events, divergence or even conflicts are inevitable. Sometimes the group members cannot resolve the conflicts themselves then at this critical moment, the leader should step up and be the coordinator. Only by communicating with both parties effectively can the problems be solved and the plan be carried on.

　　Honesty for so long has been considered by many people as the basic trait one good man should have. Nevertheless, is it reasonable to ask someone to be one hundred percent honest? When dealing with different issues, it’s almost impossible to remain honest all the time. For example, when conflicts appear and one group member said something really mean about the other member, is it a good idea for the leader to tell the truth to the other person? Will the conflict be resolved or the problem will become worse and more complicated?

　　Therefore, taken the above-mentioned reasons into consideration, I believe honesty is not the first priority. There are other more important qualities a school leader should have.
